Higher Ground Psychological Services (HGPS) is located in Southlake, TX. Proudly serving North Texas, HGPS provides outstanding counseling services at a competitive rate. HGPS is independently owned and operated by Dr. Shawn Lee. Dr. Lee is a licensed psychologist and currently sees adolescents, adults, and couples in his practice. He has been certified as a Health Service Provider in Psychology by the National Register since 2010. Dr. Lee has been licensed in three states. He maintains licensure in the state of Texas as a licensed psychologist. Backed by over a decade of clinical and academic experience, Dr. Lee enjoys working with individuals who struggle with a wide variety of issues. He has a special interest in mood disorders (ex. depression and bipolar), anxiety disorders (ex. PTSD, panic disorder, and generalized anxiety disorder), communication problems, anger management problems, Narcissistic abuse recovery, and individuals with relationship concerns.
